Order Timing

- All party favor order requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance to secure your spot.

- Requests made within 13 days or less of your event will incur an additional rush fee and must be approved based on availability.

Custom Requests

- Don’t see the item you’re looking for?  

Custom party favor requests are welcome! Let us know your idea, and we’ll do our best to bring it to life.

Consent for Promotional Use

- At checkout, you’ll have the option to provide consent for the use of your party favors in promotional videos and pictures.

- If you allow consent, you’ll receive a discount code for your next order,  

Or you may request that discount be applied as a refund toward your current order.

Thank you for choosing Ma’am Made It to be a part of your special event! Please review our policy below regarding secure spot fees and the order process:

Secure Spot Fee

- After submitting your party favor request form, you will receive an email shortly with a Secure Spot Fee based on the party type selected.

- This fee reserves your event date and is applied toward your final party favor order total.

- If the Secure Spot Fee is not paid prior to receiving your invoice, it will be included in your quoted invoice amount.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Once your invoice is paid, you have 48 hours to cancel for a full refund, including the Secure Spot Fee.

- If you cancel after 48 hours, you may still receive a full refund for your party favor supplies, but the Secure Spot Fee becomes nonrefundable at that time.

Order Timeline & Approval Process

To ensure your order is delivered in time for your event:

- We require at least 2 weeks of advance notice for quotes to confirm that all materials are available.

- After your invoice is paid:

  First 24–48 hours: Quote approval process  

  Next 24–48 hours: Draft design approval  

 -Once approved, your party favor order will move into production for fulfillment and shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

- All orders are shipped to arrive on time for your event.

- While standard shipping may be selected at checkout, Ma’am Made It may choose to cover express shipping at no additional cost if needed to ensure timely delivery.
