• International Shipping Information 

Maam Made It is proudly based in the USA and currently offers international shipping to Canada.Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

• Order Processing Time 

   All regular orders placed on our website have a standard processing time of 24 hours. This processing time allows us to prepare and fulfill your order with care and attention to detail. If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to shop@maammadeit.shop. You have a 24-hour window from the time you place your order to request changes or cancellations. We understand that circumstances can change, and we're here to assist you. In your email, please include your order number and clearly state your requested changes or cancellation. If you request changes or a cancellation within the 24-hour processing window, we will do our best to accommodate your request. This may include modifying your order or initiating a refund. Please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. We will respond to your email promptly to confirm any changes or cancellations made to your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us again to ensure that your request has been processed. • Orders and Payment

   Orders can be placed through our website or other designated channels. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods; details can be found on our website.

• Shipping/Delivery Protection Policy with Signature Requirement

At Maam Made It, we are dedicated to providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers, which includes ensuring the safe and secure delivery of your orders. To give you peace of mind, we offer a Shipping and delivery Protection option with a delivery signature requirement for a fee. Please read our policy to understand how this service works.

Shipping and delivery Protection Option: During the checkout process, you have the option to select our Shipping and delivery Protection for a fee, by selecting this option, your order will be sent with a delivery signature requirement, providing added security.

Delivery Signature Requirement: Orders protected with Shipping and delivery Protection require a signature upon delivery. This signature requirement is in place to confirm that you have received your package, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.

Protection from Lost or Stolen Orders: If your order, protected with Shipping and delivery Protection, is marked as "delivered" but you did not sign for it and did not receive it, please follow these steps:

   1. Notify us within 24 hours of the "delivered" status.

   2. We will initiate an investigation, which may take up to 5-7 business days.

   3. After or during the investigation, we will discuss a resolution with you. This may include a reshipment of your order with a required signature or a discount on your next order.

Customers Who Don't Select Shipping and delivery Protection: If you do not select the Shipping and delivery Protection option at checkout, your order will not have the signature requirement. In this case, the only available resolution option for issues related to non-receipt of the order would be a reshipment of the order with a required signature, or an e-gift card in the amount of your order.

For customers who have not selected Shipping and delivery Protection, you must notify us within 24 hours of a "delivered" status to initiate the resolution process as an investigation will still take place that can take up to 3-5 business days.

• Shipping and Delivery Policy 

 Shipping Methods: We ship orders via USPS or UPS. Standard and Express shipping options are available for both U.S. and Canadian customers.Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local Delivery: Local delivery is available for select areas near Charleston, SC. Eligibility for local delivery will appear at checkout after you enter your zip code.

Processing Time: All orders have a 24-hour processing period. During this window, customers may modify or cancel their order by contacting us. After 24 hours, orders are finalized, handed off to the courier, and can no longer be canceled or changed.

Delivery Times: Shipping timelines are dictated by USPS and UPS. We provide the courier's estimated delivery windows but unfortunately cannot guarantee or expedite shipping once the order is in transit.

Important Notes: Maam Made It is not responsible for courier delays, customs processing times, or shipping issues once the package has been handed off. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information to avoid delays.

• Package Delivery and Resolution Policy

Maam Made It kindly requests that you promptly notify us 24 hours after your package is marked as delivered to inform us that your order didn’t arrive. This notification should be sent to shop@maammadeit.shop and must include the order number and tracking number. An investigation may take up to 5-7 business days. In the event that the investigation does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you have the option to request a reship for your order or an egift card in the amount of your order. Please be aware that reshipping is not a standard option. 

• Returns, Refunds, Damaged Orders

   In most cases we do not offer refunds for products purchased from Maam Made It. All sales are final. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase. 

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. To report damages, please follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging.

2. Send an email to shop@maammadeit.shop with the subject line "Damaged Order - [Your Order Number]".

3. Attach the photos and provide a detailed description of the damage in the email.

Once we receive your notification of damages, we will review the provided information. If the damage is confirmed, we will take the appropriate steps to address the issue, which may include sending a replacement product or offering a store credit for the damaged item(s).

- Damaged item(s) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

- We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to process a damage claim.

- Maam Made It is not responsible for damages that occur after the 24-hour notification window.

   Maam Made It offers handmade crafts, gifts, and other related products and self taught information on business. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. At Maam Made It, we strive to offer competitive pricing while maintaining the quality and value of our products and services. Please be advised of the following pricing policy:

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website, promotional materials, or upon inquiry.

No Price Matching: We do not match current prices with previous prices or promotional rates. All purchases will be charged based on the price at the time of the transaction.

Final Sale Prices: Once a purchase is completed, the price paid is final. We are unable to adjust pricing retroactively, including for promotions or discounts that may occur after the transaction. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain flexibility in our pricing to adapt to market conditions and continue delivering high-quality products and services.

• Candle Melt Policy 

   At Maam Made It, we are committed to delivering high-quality candles to our valued customers while ensuring their integrity and condition during transit. To achieve this, we have established specific shipping days and weather considerations for candle shipments. 

- Candles are shipped on the following days:

- Mon - Wed, & Thursday during cold weather 

- We carefully select these shipping days to minimize the time candles spend in transit.

Candle shipments on Thursdays are subject to weather conditions. We monitor local weather forecasts to ensure that candles are not exposed to excessive heat during transit. If we determine that weather conditions pose a risk of melting or damage to your candles, we may delay the shipment to the next available shipping day (Monday or Wednesday) when conditions are more favorable. Candles are not shipped on weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) to avoid extended periods of transportation during which candles could be exposed to extreme temperatures.

• Custom Orders (Tumblers, Mugs, Business/ Personal Supplies, Merchandise, etc)

We value your trust and aim to provide the best experience for custom orders. Please review the following policy carefully:  

Order Outline Approval: Once payment is received, an outline of your custom order will be prepared and sent to you within 24 hours for approval. You will have 48 hours to review and approve the outline.  

Approval Timeline: If the outline is approved within 48 hours, your order will be finalized and shipped on the next business day. If the outline is not approved within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued.  

Non-Returnable Items: All custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE  due to their personalized nature.  

Sample Approval: For orders requiring a sample, a sample will be sent with a sample sticker to protect copyrights. Samples are provided solely for approval purposes and are not intended for use or resale.  

• Monday Pop-up Deal

Maam Made It is excited to bring you our Monday Pop-Up Deal, a special weekly offer available only on Mondays and valid while supplies last. To participate, please review the following guidelines:

• Exclusive Access: The Monday Pop-Up Deal is available only to customers who are subscribed to our marketing emails or text alerts. The exclusive code will be shared through these channels.
• Code Usage: Each code is for subscriber use only and may not be shared. Orders placed with a shared or misused code will be canceled.
• One Code Policy: The Monday Pop-Up Deal code cannot be combined with any other discount codes unless explicitly stated.
• Same-Day Use Only: The code is valid only on the Monday it is issued and cannot be applied to past or future orders.
• While Supplies Last: Deals are limited to available inventory, and once sold out, the deal ends for that week.

Subscribers to our SMS text will receive exclusive coupon codes for use during Monday pop-up deals. These coupon codes are intended exclusively for our subscribers as a token of appreciation for their support. Coupon codes provided in Monday pop-up deal notifications are for the personal use of the subscriber only. Sharing of these codes with non-subscribers is discouraged, as these deals are designed as a special benefit for those who go the extra mile to support our company. Orders placed using coupon codes provided in Monday pop-up deal notifications without being a subscriber will be subject to review. If the customer who placed the order does not subscribe to our SMS text within 24 hours after order placement, the order may be canceled, and the coupon code invalidated.

• Gift Order Request

   At Maam Made It, we understand the significance of personal touches when sending gifts to your loved ones. To enhance your gifting experience, we offer the option for you to add a personalized gift message and specify the color of the packaging paper for your order. Please read our policy to understand how this service works.

Adding a Gift Message: On the cart page, before proceeding to checkout, you have the option to include a personalized gift message with your order. Simply click the "Order special instructions" button to access the text box, where you can type your heartfelt message. Your message will be included with the gift.

Selecting Packaging Paper Color: You can also choose the color of the packaging paper that will be used to wrap your order. We offer a range of color options to add a unique and visually pleasing touch to your gift.

Gift Message and Packaging Paper Note Deadline: Please ensure that you add your gift message and specify the packaging paper color before proceeding to checkout. Once your order is placed and processed, changes to these preferences may not be possible.

• Invoice Policy

When placing a custom order with Maam Made It, an invoice will be created and sent to the customer for payment. Customers have 7 days from the date the invoice is issued to complete their payment. After this 7-day period, we cannot guarantee that the quoted price, deal, or product availability will remain the same, as our prices are subject to change at any time without notice. • Party Favor Policy

1. Fill Out the Party Favor Request Form – Share your event details, quantities, and preferences.
   
   
2. Receive Your Quote – Within 24 - 48 hours of reviewing your form, we’ll email you a custom quote.
   
   
3. Accept & Pay – You’ll have 24 - 48 hours to accept the quote by making your payment.
   
   

Design & Approval

• Once your form is approved and paid, please allow 24 - 48 hours for us to send a visual preview of your favors for approval.
  
  
• After approval, cancellations are not accepted. If life happens and your order is already in production, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of your order total.
  
  
• Please allow 24–48 hours after completion to receive a video and photos of your finished favors.
  
  
• Once approved, we’ll ship your order and provide you with a tracking number.
  
  

Product & Packaging Details

• Any liquid items (such as water, soda, or juice) will be packaged separately to protect other items.

Benefits of Bulk Ordering: Discounted pricing – Save more when you buy more! Freshly made-to-order products – Quality guaranteed. Express shipping included – You pay a flat shipping rate, and we cover the upgrade to express delivery. Processing & Fulfillment Timeline: All bulk orders have a 24-hour window for any modifications or cancellations after purchase. Production time for bulk orders is 3-7 business days, depending on the quantity ordered. Each product is freshly made and not pulled from online store inventory. After production, items are shipped via express shipping. Your shipping charge helps cover this cost, and we handle the rest to ensure fast delivery. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours (but before the order has shipped) may be eligible for a 50% refund. Once the order has been handed off to the shipping facility, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding with bulk orders. Each item is made fresh and with care, ensuring the highest quality for you and your recipients. The Business Partner Membership is designed for entrepreneurs, party planners, event hosts, and anyone who frequently purchases products or places bulk orders with Ma’am Made It. Members receive an exclusive personal discount code that is linked directly to their account and can only be used when they are logged in. This discount code is intended for business and bulk purchasing purposes and must not be shared or used by anyone outside the member’s authorized use. Members also gain early access to new product releases, restocks, special drops, and important updates before they are announced to the public. Any misuse of the discount code, including sharing or unauthorized account access, may result in suspension or removal from the membership. Some specialty or promotional items may be excluded from discounts. Membership terms and benefits may be updated when necessary, and members will be notified of major changes when possible. By joining, members agree to follow all guidelines and use their benefits responsibly.
