By consenting to Maam Made It’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Maam Made It through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Maam Made It. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18559171700 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Maam Made It mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

To give you peace of mind, we offer a Shipping and delivery Protection option with a delivery signature requirement for a fee. Please read our policy to understand how this service works.

Shipping and delivery Protection Option:

- During the checkout process, you have the option to select our Shipping and delivery Protection for a fee.

- By selecting this option, your order will be sent with a delivery signature requirement, providing added security.

Delivery Signature Requirement:

- Orders protected with Shipping and delivery Protection require a signature upon delivery.

- This signature requirement is in place to confirm that you have received your package, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.

Protection from Lost or Stolen Orders:

- If your order, protected with Shipping and delivery Protection, is marked as "delivered" but you did not sign for it and did not receive it, please follow these steps:

   1. Notify us within 24 hours of the "delivered" status.

   2. We will initiate an investigation, which may take up to 5-7 business days.

   3. After or during the investigation, we will discuss a resolution with you. This may include a reshipment of your order with a required signature or a discount on your next order.

Customers Who Don't Select Shipping and delivery Protection:

- If you do not select the Shipping and delivery Protection option at checkout, your order will not have the signature requirement.

- In this case, the only available resolution option for issues related to non-receipt of the order would be a reshipment of the order with a required signature, or an e-gift card in the amount of your order.

- For customers who have not selected Shipping and delivery Protection, you must notify us within 24 hours of a "delivered" status to initiate the resolution process as an investigation will still take place that can take up to 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping and Delivery Policy 

   Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): All orders placed with Maam Made It default to standard shipping, which is fulfilled using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days): For faster delivery, you have the option to select express shipping, which is fulfilled using either USPS or United Parcel Service (UPS). We offer local deliveries to our valued customers within the Charleston area. Local deliveries aim to provide you with the quickest service possible which is within 24-48  hours after the 24 hour hold time for any cancellation or modification that you may request. Delivers are not on weekends. If you are wanting same day delivery please contact Maam Made It in any way with your Order number for inquiry. Deliveries are only for local areas in South Carolina such as Bonneau, Saint Stephan, Alvin, Russellville, Pineville, Moncks Corner, Goose Creek, Hanahan, Ladson, Cane Bay, Summerville, North Charleston, and Charleston. If you prefer UPS over USPS for your order, please notify us by including a message in the "Add a Note" section during the checkout process or by emailing us at shop@maammadeit.shop. We will do our best to accommodate your shipping carrier preferences based on your request.  All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Standard Shipping: You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Express Shipping: If you choose express shipping, your order will typically arrive within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at shop@maammadeit.shop. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and provide assistance in locating your order. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on location and product availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information as every order has 24 hours after placement to be modified or canceled.

  • Package Delivery and Resolution Policy

Maam Made It kindly requests that you promptly notify us 24 hours after your package is marked as delivered to inform us that your order didn’t arrive. This notification should be sent to shop@maammadeit.shop and must include the order number and tracking number. An investigation may take up to 5-7 business days. In the event that the investigation does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you have the option to request a reship for your order or an egift card in the amount of your order. Please be aware that reshipping is not a standard option. 

  • Returns, Refunds, Damaged Orders

   In most cases we do not offer refunds for products purchased from Maam Made It. All sales are final. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase. 

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. To report damages, please follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging.

2. Send an email to shop@maammadeit.shop with the subject line "Damaged Order - [Your Order Number]".

3. Attach the photos and provide a detailed description of the damage in the email.

Once we receive your notification of damages, we will review the provided information. If the damage is confirmed, we will take the appropriate steps to address the issue, which may include sending a replacement product or offering a store credit for the damaged item(s).

- Damaged item(s) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

- We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to process a damage claim.

- Maam Made It is not responsible for damages that occur after the 24-hour notification window.

  • Candle Melt Policy 

   At Maam Made It, we are committed to delivering high-quality candles to our valued customers while ensuring their integrity and condition during transit. To achieve this, we have established specific shipping days and weather considerations for candle shipments. 

- Candles are shipped on the following days:

- Mon - Wed, & Thursday during cold weather 

- We carefully select these shipping days to minimize the time candles spend in transit.

Candle shipments on Thursdays are subject to weather conditions. We monitor local weather forecasts to ensure that candles are not exposed to excessive heat during transit. If we determine that weather conditions pose a risk of melting or damage to your candles, we may delay the shipment to the next available shipping day (Monday or Wednesday) when conditions are more favorable. Candles are not shipped on weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) to avoid extended periods of transportation during which candles could be exposed to extreme temperatures.

  • Custom Orders (Tumblers, Mugs, Business/ Personal Supplies, Merchandise, etc)

We value your trust and aim to provide the best experience for custom orders. Please review the following policy carefully:  

1. Order Outline Approval 

   - Once payment is received, an outline of your custom order will be prepared and sent to you within 24 hours for approval.  

   - You will have 48 hours to review and approve the outline.  

2. Approval Timeline 

   - If the outline is approved within 48 hours, your order will be finalized and shipped on the next business day.  

   - If the outline is not approved within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued.  

3. Non-Returnable Items

   - All custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE  due to their personalized nature.  

4. Sample Approval

   - For orders requiring a sample, a sample will be sent with a sample sticker to protect copyrights.  

   - Samples are provided solely for approval purposes and are not intended for use or resale.  

  • Monday Pop-up Deal Policy 

   At Maam Made It, we deeply value our loyal customers and want to show our appreciation by offering exclusive Monday pop-up deals. To access these special offers and coupon codes, customers are invited to subscribe to our SMS text and email notifications. 

To receive Monday pop-up deals and exclusive coupon codes, you can subscribe in one of two ways:

Subscribers to our SMS text and email notifications will receive exclusive coupon codes for use during Monday pop-up deals. These coupon codes are intended exclusively for our subscribers as a token of appreciation for their support. Coupon codes provided in Monday pop-up deal notifications are for the personal use of the subscriber only. Sharing of these codes with non-subscribers is discouraged, as these deals are designed as a special benefit for those who go the extra mile to support our company. Orders placed using coupon codes provided in Monday pop-up deal notifications without being a subscriber will be subject to review. If the customer who placed the order does not subscribe to our SMS text or email notifications within 24 hours after order placement, the order may be canceled, and the coupon code invalidated.

   At Maam Made It, we understand the significance of personal touches when sending gifts to your loved ones. To enhance your gifting experience, we offer the option for you to add a personalized gift message and specify the color of the packaging paper for your order. Adding a Gift Message:
- On the cart page, before proceeding to checkout, you have the option to include a personalized gift message with your order.
- Simply click the "Order special instructions" button to access the text box, where you can type your heartfelt message. Your message will be included with the gift.


Selecting Packaging Paper Color:
- You can also choose the color of the packaging paper that will be used to wrap your order.
- We offer a range of color options to add a unique and visually pleasing touch to your gift.

Gift Message and Packaging Paper Note Deadline:
- Please ensure that you add your gift message and specify the packaging paper color before proceeding to checkout.
- Once your order is placed and processed, changes to these preferences may not be possible.

  • Invoice Policy

Invoice Payment & Order Policy

When placing a custom order, an invoice will be created and sent for payment. Customers have 7 days to complete the payment. After this period, we cannot guarantee that the deal, price, or product availability will remain the same, as our prices are subject to change at any time.

Order Adjustments & Availability:

  • Customers may edit their order within the 7-day payment window.
  • If a product becomes out of stock during this time, it will be removed from the invoice, as an unpaid invoice does not hold items.

Processing & Shipping:

  • Once the invoice is paid, the 24-hour processing period will begin.
  • Orders will be shipped out on the next business day after processing.

Failure to pay within 7 days may result in a new invoice reflecting updated pricing and availability.
